    Pros: Anyone can get an account here. Cons:. Funds availability policy is basically you are at the mercy of the branch manager. A local check drawn on a local bank, given to me by a family member...And they put a 7 business day hold on it. Bottom Line: Only go here if you are desperate or have no bills to pay.
